$10,000 First Home Owner Grant (New Homes)

If you're buying a brand new or off-the-plan home at Willow, you could receive a $10,000 grant from the NSW Government.

Stamp Duty Exemptions or Discounts

Under the First Home Buyer Assistance Scheme, you could pay no stamp duty — or get a reduced rate — on your new Willow home.

Australian Government 5% Deposit Scheme

The Australian Government provides a guarantee to a lender authorised to offer the Scheme (Participating Lender) so they can lend the home buyer up to 95% or 98% of the home's value.
